  I recently had a great experience with a Tech Support customer service rep and wanted to ensure they were recognized.  He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly with a positive attitude. I'm not the most technologically savvy, so it makes a difference for me to learn how to navigate multiple computer systems when the directions and communication are delivered in a very friendly and approachable environment. He walked me through all the different updates made and showed me how to submit a support request ticket if needed. The company's tech support team is incredibly responsive and sets you up for success no matter the situation.
