How is pricing calculated? Is it per workstation or per site?

Pricing is straightforward and per workstation/computer (not per site), ensuring you only pay for what you need. For example, if your business has 5 workstations, the Bronze plan would cost $645/month total. This model avoids overcharging for larger sites and allows easy scaling as you add devices.

How does KeyMSP ensure billing transparency? Are there any hidden costs?

Transparency in billing is crucial to us. Your service agreement will clearly detail all included services and the associated monthly costs. Any services or projects outside this defined scope will be discussed, quoted, and require your approval before any charges are incurred. We strive for no surprises on your invoice.

Does the per-workstation pricing include servers, networks, or other infrastructure?

Our standard plans cover workstations/computers, but we offer separate add-ons for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure starting at $50/month per device. This modular approach lets you scale support without overpaying. We’ll assess your full setup during onboarding to recommend the best options.

Can KeyMSP help with hardware procurement, and how is it priced?

What payment methods do you accept, and how is billing handled?
