The SLA guarantees our response time to your support requests. Bronze provides resolution within 24 hours, Silver within 4 hours, and Gold within 1 hour. This ensures minimal downtime for your business. If we don’t meet the SLA, we credit your account—part of our commitment to reliability.

Included in all tiers ($129-$199/month), premium support means dedicated San Diego experts and proactive monitoring. It’s built into the price for superior service without upcharges.
Our plans are designed to scale with your business needs. The Bronze plan ($129/month per workstation) offers 24-hour SLA response times for basic OS and hardware support. Silver ($159/month) upgrades to a 4-hour SLA for faster assistance, ideal for growing teams. Gold ($199/month) provides a 1-hour SLA for mission-critical operations. All include premium support, and you can add custom options like cybersecurity or cloud services.
Pricing is straightforward and per workstation/computer (not per site), ensuring you only pay for what you need. For example, if your business has 5 workstations, the Bronze plan would cost $645/month total. This model avoids overcharging for larger sites and allows easy scaling as you add devices.
Transparency in billing is crucial to us. Your service agreement will clearly detail all included services and the associated monthly costs. Any services or projects outside this defined scope will be discussed, quoted, and require your approval before any charges are incurred. We strive for no surprises on your invoice.
Our standard plans cover workstations/computers, but we offer separate add-ons for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure starting at $50/month per device. This modular approach lets you scale support without overpaying. We’ll assess your full setup during onboarding to recommend the best options.
Yes, we source custom hardware (e.g., high-performance workstations) at competitive rates that integrate directly into your support plan, avoiding unnecessary markups. We’ll recommend gear tailored to your business needs—contact us for a personalized quote and to explore how it fits your setup.
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and invoices for larger accounts. Billing is monthly, with no long-term commitments. You’ll receive a detailed invoice via email, and payments are due by the end of the month. For annual prepayments, we offer a 10% discount to help with cash flow.
Rates are locked for 12 months post-signup, with 60-day notice for any changes. This stabilizes your budgeting—grandfathered pricing for loyal clients.
